The Zig Zag Railway Collection
The Zig Zag Railway Collection is a series of works featuring the historic turned tourist destination of the railway system that allowed trains, cargo and people to travel from the mountains down into the Lithgow Valley and further west. These engineering marvels set against the stunning mountainous backdrop and populated with train lovers and families alike have been a great subject matter to work with. With smoke pluming from the steam engines, the iconic arched viaducts and drivers waving as they pass by the Zig Zag Railway is truly something to behold. I have really enjoyed working on this project and have more works on the way!
