Th Foundations Collection
The Foundations Collection is a series of prints exploring the site of Portland’s Cement Works. The recent revival of the site from the Silos mural to the Twilight Markets in the Powerhouse to fishing at the Millpond to artist residencies to the Annexe’s coffee shop and gallery sees the old industrial site transforming into a cultural and community hub. I wanted to capture the rich history of the cement works and its future potential by showcasing individual elements of the vast and unique site.
